Oh Forgotten Children of the Past
All those precious memories
Your childhood and innocence
Lost on the breeze
There was a time when love and war
Stole your innocence
Turning you into history's precious whore
Of souls lost and forgotten
Cruelty's own begotten
Oh forgotten children of the past...
The world passes slowly
But your lives turned too fast
Oh cruel, forgotten children passed
An epic of time wasted
Thirst, hunger
Never Sated
Tearless, fearless
Making others cry your unshed tears
Instilling your own unfelt hatred and fears
Lacking a Heart
You put your emotions to rest
Inside another's chest
Oh forgotten children of the past
In death find ye peace at last...
